Logistics Specialist
- Bachelor degree required – preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics & procurement.
- Good knowledge of import-export operations.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Computer and systems practicality.
- Residents of Cairo/Giza only.
- Job location: Heliopolis.
1. Review and update the clearance process to define the owner of each process. As well as reviewing all agreements with company’s brokers in terms of cost, lead time, and process / documentation
requirements.
2. Prepare all the necessary documentation to start the clearance process on time.
3. Communicate the company’s brokers to take the necessary actions.
4. Prepare information to be sent to brokers.
5. Follow up on the status of the clearance process on a daily basis to ensure that the process is going according to the delivery targets in terms of time and cost.
6. Communicate with the warehouse to deliver documentations.
7. Manage to update the clearance process on the ERP system.
8. Review the status of receiving shipments without missing or damaged units and take the necessary actions accordingly.
9. Review all invoices submitted from customs or brokers.
Car Drivers
- Valid driving license.
- Older than 30 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and especially customers.
- Able to read and discern off loading procedures.
- Ability to stay outside Cairo for approximately 2 to 3 days.
- Handling of shipping documents.
- Unloading product if needed.
- Maintaining accurate driving logs.
- Performing pre-trip inspections.
- Performing post-trip inspections.
- Tracking loaded and empty trailers.
- Check the unloading of the supplies.
- Driving specified routes as assigned.
- Ability to drive in most of the cities in Egypt.
- Willing to stay outside Cairo for more than 1 day (accommodation offered).
BMS Pre-Sales Engineer
- Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical section.
- 1-3 year experience in BMS (Building Management System).
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic / English languages (written & spoken).
- Have good experience in light current & BMS tenders and quotations.
- Work in both team and individual environments.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with the project’s team to get progress updates and any changes on site.
- Visit consultants and clients for demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare Quotations and technical offers.
- Develop the engineering (I/O list, Schematic ,Sequence of Operation).
- Selecting the proper control field devices same as (Sensors, Actuators,
Valves ,Dampers Actuator, Controllers, etc.)

Light Current Engineer
- Bachelor degree in Electrical or Communication section
- 2-4 years of experience in light current systems is a must (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Parking System, Automatic Gates).
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic / English languages (written & spoken).
- Experience in construction is a must.
- Working closely with engineering teams to ensure that the security products being installed (S/W & H/W) and configured correctly as per the client’s expectation and vendors installation & configuration manuals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve all technical problems on site and eliminate unplanned downtime.
- Prepare the execution Plan of projects via phases based on agreed time and follow up the progress on regular basis.
- Responsible for Installation & Troubleshooting of Light Current Systems.
- Work with his team to solve all problems during the execution of projects in easer, timely, and effective way to smooth the business on regular basis.
- Create documentation for delivered projects and follow up with customers after installations.
- Communicate with other departments in terms of providing and exchange data / information.
Light Current Technician

Mechanical Engineer

1- 8+ years of experience in fire fighting systems is a must.
2- Experienced in electromechanical contracting.
3- Experienced in designing, testing and maintaining fire suppression systems.
4- Excellent user of CAD.
5- Aware of Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm systems.
6- Excellent English is a must.
1- Conduct site visits whenever needed to collect all information required to prepare the flow calculations and shop drawings.
2- Study the approved technical proposals during tender stage compared to the site actual conditions.
3- Develop technical & commercial proposals in compliance with the appropriate engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instructions, etc.
